This fun and creative project is designed especially for seniors! In this month's class we will be painting our own watercolor lanterns. You'll learn several watercolor techniques and will be able to embellish your work with paint pens and 3D butterflies.  This class is excellent for beginners, and we will have everything you need to make this fun project. This class is a fun way to make friends, and get creative in a relaxed, supportive environment.

This FREE class was made possible by a grant through the East Regional Arts Council and the Minnesota State Arts Board. This Grant enables us to bring free art classes to artists who are seniors, encouraging creativity, vitality, and community. 

Cost: FREE, but please consider becoming a member to support more programming like this.

*Our Matinee classes are held on the main level of our building and are wheelchair accessible.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board and the East Central Regional Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. This project also receives funding from the St. Croix Valley Foundation and the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin.
