Women's Cyrcle

In honour of International Women's Day, we gather in circle to pause, soften, and return to ourselves. This women’s cacao and yoga ceremony is an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and into a space of presence, connection, and embodied wisdom.

Ceremonial cacao opens the heart and gently quiets the mind, while carefully selected aromatherapy supports relaxation, emotional clarity, and a sense of safety. Our yoga practice honours the rhythms, cycles, and unique needs of women — allowing us to move, breathe, and reflect with intention.

Through nourishing movement, restorative postures, and shared circle, we remember the power of being witnessed, supported, and deeply connected — to ourselves, our sisters, and the wisdom within us.

This is a space to arrive exactly as you are. To listen inward. To honour your rhythms. To celebrate the strength, softness, and embodied wisdom that lives within every woman.
