Tortilla Making Class with Alma

Join Alma for a fun and informative introduction to making flour tortillas from scratch. In this hands-on session, you’ll learn about the ingredients required and follow step-by-step instructions to create your own homemade tortillas.

All ingredients will be provided for the demo with a hands on session for those who want guidance on kneading and rolling of the dough , along with a printed recipe, so you can confidently recreate the process at home and continue practicing your new skills.

You’re welcome to bring your own ingredients and cook along, or simply observe and learn—whatever works best for you.

This class will use a simple recipe that includes all-purpose flour, water, baking powder, salt, and butter.
