Jericho Village is a 38-unit attainable housing community being built to provide safe, stable, and dignified housing for individuals and families who are being priced out of the communities they serve. We expect to welcome our first residents in Q1 2026, and now is a powerful time to come see the Village before it is fully leased and lived in.

These community tours invite you to walk the site, see how the Village is coming to life, and learn how this innovative housing model is creating lasting change in Collin County.

About Jericho Village

Jericho Village is designed for hardworking neighbors who are often left behind by today’s housing market — including teachers, civil servants, first responders, and other low- and moderate-income professionals. The community will offer:

-38 permanent homes
-Income-based rent
-Permanent supportive housing
-Onsite supportive services
-Homes for men, women, and families
-60% of units reserved for households earning under 50% AMI
-95% of units reserved for households earning under 80% AMI
