You’ll then be guided into a 60-minute sound bath using crystal singing bowls and chimes, chosen to support deep rest, ease tension, and help calm the nervous system.The session is held in a softly lit, peaceful space and is suitable whether you’re new to sound baths or have attended before. Many people come on their own, and you’re very welcome to do so - the atmosphere is quiet, inclusive, and relaxed.After the session, there’s time to re-ground gently before heading home. If you’d like, there will be an optional herbal tea and a small reflection card to take with you.This session is about slowing down, letting go of the week, and giving your nervous system a chance to reset.No prior experience needed. Please bring comfy layers and anything you need to be comfortable - a mat, blanket, and pillow are recommended.Important Health Disclaimer: Sound bath sessions may not be suitable for individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, those with a pacemaker, metal implants, recent broken bones, epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
