New Year Reset: Candlelit Sound Bath & Meditation

Begin 2026 with intention, clarity, and calm. Join us for a deeply soothing candlelit sound bath designed to help you release the energy of last year and step into the new one feeling grounded, balanced, and renewed.

We’ll start with gentle breathwork and grounding practices to settle your mind and body, followed by a restorative 45 minute sound bath using crystal singing bowls and chimes. These healing frequencies are carefully selected to soothe the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and support a fresh start for the year ahead.

Held in a serene, candlelit space, this session invites you to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll also receive a small New Year gift to take home, including a herbal tea, a journal prompt for intention-setting, and an angel card for guidance as you move into 2026.

This is your moment to begin the year with clarity, self-connection, and a renewed sense of inner peace.

No experience is required — simply bring an open heart, comfy layers, and a mat/blanket & pillow for deep comfort.
