Location: The Fighting Fit Gym — 4210 13th Street, Wyandotte, MI __________________________ WHAT'S HAPPENING : ✅ Complete the traditional MURPH workout (scaled options available!) or come out and support our athletes. ✅ Enjoy our community BBQ where the Iron Bandogs LE/MC will be providing the burgers/food/drinks ✅ Enter our raffle for amazing prizes __________________________ HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Fighting Fit members: Workout is FREE! Non-Members: $20 Drop-In fee if you plan to workout (this fee will include your Burger + Beer/Drinks afterwards) No pre-registration required — just show up the day of the event (please arrive 30min early if you are doing the workout) Anyone who donates $20 will be able to enjoy a BURGER, DRINKS, and you'll also receive 10 raffle tickets! Raffle prizes from amazing local businesses will be up for grabs all morning! Murphy, a Navy SEAL who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. It was one of his favorite workouts — and he often completed it wearing body armor. The workout: ?‍♂️ 1 mile run ? 100 pull-ups ? 200 push-ups ? 300 air squats ?‍♂️ 1 mile run (Optional: Wearing a 20 lb weighted vest) (Scale options = bike or row instead of run. Complete as a team of 2 or 3). Other scaled options also available. We complete this workout every year to honor Lt. Murphy’s sacrifice — and the sacrifices of all our fallen service members.
