Ostatnie lata grania muzyki z albumu „Insides” z wieloma wspaniałymi muzykami, w odległych zakątkach świata i w nieskończonej ilości konfiguracji ludzkich, jeszcze bardziej oddaliły mnie od jednoznacznych deklaracji gatunkowych, a zdecydowanie przybliżyły do eksperymentu w uwolnionej formie. I tak, gdzieś pomiędzy standardami jazzowymi a klasykami soulu, powstały kolejne zwrotki i rymy z przestrzenią na indywidua muzyków.

Paulina Przybysz in Wrocław
The past few years of performing music from the album Insides with many wonderful musicians, in far-flung corners of the world and in an endless variety of line-ups, have taken me even further away from making clear-cut genre declarations and brought me much closer to experimentation in its most liberated form. Somewhere between jazz standards and soul classics, new verses and rhymes emerged, leaving plenty of space for each musician's individuality.

“I invite you on a journey with the latest album, ‘Mama’s Car,’ whose sound is as welcoming as my car itself. I'll take you to places where space is what matters most. The ride will be dynamic – sometimes I'll put my foot down and hit the gas, only to slow down and savor the moment. But I won't hesitate to put the car into reverse and return to ‘Insides.’ We'll roll down the windows, let in plenty of fresh air, and come back from this journey a little windswept, but happy.”
