Join Team FIT4MOM Wilmington for the 2026 Climb Out of the Darkness! This event page is specifically for our FIT4MOM Wilmington community — current members, alumni, friends, families, and anyone who would like to walk and fundraise alongside our team. You do NOT have to be a current FIT4MOM member to join us!

The Climb Out of the Darkness, in partnership with Postpartum Support International, brings communities together to shine a light on perinatal mental health disorders, including postpartum depression and anxiety. Together, we build community, raise awareness, and raise critical funds to support the mental health of new and growing families.

On October 10, we'll join the official Wilmington Climb as Team FIT4MOM Wilmington — because no mom should have to navigate the hard seasons of motherhood alone. 💙🩷

The local event will include opportunities for connection, family-friendly activities, movement, community resources, education about perinatal mental health, and more.
