The leaves will be placed into a cauldron as a symbolic act of letting go before the group transitions into movement.Rayven will guide the movement portion through music and occasional prompts such as noticing where you are holding tension, allowing your breath to guide you, or exploring what it might feel like to soften, expand, shake, stretch, sway, or become still.There are no required movements.
