Celebrate Easter Sunday at Innsbrook’s Easter Bunny Brunch at Aspen on April 5, 2026, with seatings at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Enjoy a festive, family-friendly holiday experience overlooking beautiful lake views at the Aspen Center. Guests will be treated to a chef-crafted Easter brunch buffet, live entertainment by Spectrum Band, and plenty of fun for the kids, including an Easter Bunny meet-and-greet, a traditional Easter egg hunt, and a coloring contest for children 12 and under.
The brunch buffet features a delicious variety of holiday favorites, including carved apricot brown sugar ham, roasted salmon with lemon velouté, Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, hickory smoked bacon, mushroom lasagna, mac and cheese, fresh salads, vegetables, baked rolls, and a gourmet dessert station with carrot cake, pies, petites, and gluten-free and sugar-free options. Ice water, tea, lemonade, and house coffee are included, with additional beverages available for purchase.
