10k for runners aged 15+
Children's races (entry on the day) for all children up to and including age 14.

A rural 10k on quiet country roads with a friendly and accessible approach. Giving anyone an opportunity to enjoy our lovely location. The Tilston 10k has been going since 2012 and continues to raise funds for the local community - all proceeds support the Tilston Playing Field Association.

- Rural roads closed to traffic
- Friendly and supportive atmosphere
- Fully signed and marshalled route
- Chip timing
- First aid provision
- Medals and refreshments at the finish
- Trophies including fastest first-time runners and fastest locals
- Limit of 300 runners
- All proceeds to support the provision of the playing field for children from the local area and beyond who travel to use our play equipment and pump track
