• To be lifted from the floor to lock out for a good lift and returned to the floor
**NO bouncing allowed**
• Straps and figure 8s allowed

PRESS MEDLEY / Time allowed - 60 seconds 
DOUBLE DUMBBELL 
Beginners 2x15kg x 2

AXLE PRESS
Beginners 30kg

LOG PRESS FOR REPS 
Beginners 31kg

• Each one to be lifted from the floor to over head position for a good lift and returned to the floor 
• Double dumbbells - Dumbbells to be lifted one in each hand and locked out together, 
• Log press - Finish on Log Press for reps until your 60 second time limit is completed 
Grip tops allowed 

FARMERS WALK - Time allowed 60 seconds 
Weight per hand / 20 metres in total 
Beginners 50kg
Novice 65kg
Inters 80kg
• 10 meters drop and turn and back for 10 meter
• Drops are allowed 
*If course not completed a measurement of your distance will be taken*

BAG TOSS - Time allowed 40 seconds 
Beginners 3kg/5kg/7kg/9kg
Novice 5kg/7kg/9kg/11kg
Inters 7kg/9kg/11kg/13kg
• Each bag to be thrown over the 4 metre bar
• Each bag lapped as it hits the floor
*If the bag stays on the bar it will be given

STONES - time allowed 60 seconds
Beginners 45kg/50kg/55kg/60kg
Novice 50kg/60kg/70kg/80kg
Inters 65kg/75kg/85kg/95kg
• Stones to be loaded from the floor to the platform 
• Platform height 48 inches 
• Tacky, stone sleeves and grip tops allowed
