Join us for a deeply nurturing day of seasonal Qigong to help calm the mind, relax the body, and bring your energy back into balance — no matter your experience level.

This Late Summer retreat is part of the ongoing 5 Element Qigong series, and this time we’re diving into the Earth element — all about centering, stability, and coming home to yourself. It’s perfect if you’re feeling anxious, scattered, or just in need of some real, grounded care.

? Expect a gently structured day of mindful movement, breathwork and meditation designed to:
✨ Soothe restlessness and overthinking
✨ Strengthen your connection to the Earth energy of Spleen
✨ Support digestion (physical and emotional)
✨ Help you feel safe, centred and supported from within

What’s included:
? Morning (Jing): Gentle Qigong for joint opening, spine health & breath connection
? Afternoon (Qi): Earth element practices, emotional energy clearing & deep meditations
? Water & herbal teas provided | Please bring a light lunch
? Open to all levels | Wear loose, comfy layers, bring your favourite meditation cushion, seat or similar.

Led by Ben Calder, an experienced Qigong practitioner with over 30 years of experience helping people reconnect to their own vitality and peace.
