Join me at Carden Park for a day of Hatha, Yin and 
Restorative Yoga, good food, warmth and a little time away.

On this day there’s only practice and relaxation to give way to. 
No need to touch your toes, and no particular version of yourself 
you need to bring.

We’ll begin the day with a nourishing yoga practice. 
There’ll be tea, lunch, conversation if you feel like talking, and quiet if you don’t. We’ll spend some time in Yoga Nidra andsome other sublte yogic practices allowing the body to rest deeply and soak up the quiet secrets of Autumn and Winter.

And then... nothing.​ The afternoon is yours.
​
Enjoy the spa, stroll outside, or sit somewhere beautiful to view the changing season.
​
You might come on your own, You might come with a friend. Either way, there’s no expectation to be sociable or productive.

Just a day to be nourished and to receive the healing gifts of Yoga. 

Come exactly as you are.
