Accredited Emergency First Aid at Work Training

This is an accredited one day face to face training course held at our town office , AVOW in Wrexham. This training will provide you with the necessary information on what to do in any life threatening emergency situation.

After the training, all learners will have the skills and knowledge to provide the necessary treatment in an emergency situation until the Emergency Services arrive.

The training will cover a range of subjects including:

• Responsibilities and reporting

• Assessment of the situation

• Dealing with an unresponsive casualty

• Basic hygiene in First Aid • Burns and minor injuries

• Epilepsy

• Resuscitation and AED Awareness

• Bleeding control

• Choking

• Shock
