Join us for an event combining three deeply healing modalities - restorative yoga, reiki, and sound.
Reiki Master Teacher and UZIT-trained RYT500 instructor Barbara Ellen Held will lead 90 minutes of guided rest, accompanied by musician and Usui Reiki Master Ryan Warner with 8 quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more.
Somatic restoration is a gentle practice, using props to fully support the body in relaxing poses - these can activate the parasympathetic nervous system and reduce the body's "fight or flight" response to the constant stressors in everyday life. Barbara will provide optional hands-on reiki energy work throughout and offer essential oil pairings to deepen the experience.
No yoga experience necessary - all are welcome!
Bring your yoga mat and as many recommended props as you can!
