🍅 Getting Started by Cultivating Community 🫑🪴

The Cultivating Community Seed Library is preparing for the upcoming planting season by offering free vegetables and flower seeds.

People who want to start seeds indoors should start early. Warm-seasoned vegetables - such as tomatoes and peppers - can't be planted too early in the spring outdoor as the soil is too cool, and they have to be planted indoors to start with.

To help out people who want to get such a jumpstart on the growing season, the Seed Library will be opened from 10am to noon on Saturday, March 14, for people who want to get the seeds. A short program on starting seeds indoors will be offered by Nobles County Master Gardener Deb Kroon at 11am.
