We will gather for a guided insight meditation and a new moon wish ritual (inspired by the teachings of Japanese astrologer, Keiko and the wisdom of ancestral healing ways).

Supported by the rock salt, we’ll work with the breath to clear space in the body to make space for the intentions we’ll set for this next lunar cycle and the spring season. We will co-create a community earth altar in the cave as our conduit and write letters to the Universe in collaboration with the new moon as our messenger.

You’re also invited to bring a journal and any objects or offerings to add to the altar–anything related to nature that feels sacred to you (i.e. fruit, flower, seashell, leaf, feather, stone, jewelry, art, etc).
