Turn up the music and get moving in our Best Dance Jams group class! Each week we’ll learn a fun, simple routine to an upbeat song that’s guaranteed to get you dancing and smiling.

Weekly Dance Jams:
• Feb 5 - Uptown Funk
• Feb 12 - Shut Up & Dance
• Feb 19 - Levitating
• Feb 26 - Jump Around

Start fresh each week - no experience needed! No partner required (we rotate partners).

Stay active, meet new people, and have a blast in a social, welcoming atmosphere
