Join us at Bloom and Sound, a new collaboration between Divine Feminine Devotee and Spiritual Coach Rose, and Apprentice Space holder and Sound Healer Carly.

Have you ever wondered about an alternative meaning of Christmas? Rose will guide you through some inspirational journaling to connect with Yule, a pagan celebration.

We will join in ceremony to honour the season of Yule with cacao guiding us to open our hearts and share in sacred circle how we are truly feeling, or what we need to release or manifest. We will all be asked to verbally contract to keep the information shared as sacred and confidential. We use a rose quartz talking crystal to support us in this.

Being seen, heard and held without any judgement or advice being given is rare in today’s society, which is why a supportive women’s circle is so important. There is something therapeutic and powerful in speaking your truth in community and witnessing and listening to others share their inner most thoughts and feelings. By doing so, we heal each other, learn and receive collective wisdom and guidance.

After a short break we will snuggle down and Carly will take us on a sound journey, created using her Tibetan and crystal bowls and other beautiful instruments. This is an opportunity to take some time for you, to allow the vibrations to help you rest, relax and surrender.

There will also be some movement, mantra and medicine songs weaved throughout to comfort, soothe and inspire you. We will close with some seasonal berry tea and vegan/GF/LF snacks. Please feel free to bring some with you to share if you wish.

Due to the impact that cacao has on our serotonin receptors those taking antidepressants or antipsychotic medications are advised not to partake in the drinking part of the cacao ceremony. For those in the first trimester of pregnancy, or with a condition triggered by sound like epilepsy or tinnitus, or those with a metal device or pacemaker, or anyone who has experienced a recent severe mental health episode it is not advisable to attend a sound bath.

If you are unsure if your Medic*tion or condition will be affected by the cacao drink and/or the sound therapy please consult your GP/health professional prior to booking. A further email setting the scene and guidelines for the event will be sent to you after booking, along with a medical form.

A journal/paper and pen

A bottle of water

A sentimental item for the alter, for you to keep nearby to support your practice or to charge up with the beautiful energies to take home.

Time: Door opens at 1.45pm for a cleansing sage experience and a prompt start at 2pm. The event will end around 5.15pm.

Parking: There are a few spaces on the driveway, but you may not be able to leave until everyone else has if you use them. There is ample free street parking outside and nearby.
