Hosted by the property’s owners on behalf of West Sussex Archives Society, visitors can look round and view an exhibition of documents and artefacts. The host, Leigh Lawson, will be on hand to provide information and answer questions.

The exhibition features baking tools donated by Knights the Bakers, items found beneath the floorboards of the cottage, and records including census returns, photographs and documents, the earliest being a copy of the Court Roll of Broadwater Manor dated 1781. 

NB. There is one step down and the floor is uneven.
