I’m delighted to be running this new monthly TRE workshop in Worthing with my colleague Babette Lee on Saturday 27th June.

TRE, Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises, is a natural way to engage with the body’s wisdom for healing. The organic involuntary movements and vibrations experienced using TRE allow the body to soften, releasing stored tension and rebooting the nervous system. People often report feeling calmer, grounded, sleeping better, energised, peaceful and more embodied and resilient.

The priority is always comfort and regulation.

Each month we will also explore different practices for nervous system health and vagal toning.

The workshop is at the beautiful Salt Water Studios in central Worthing at 10-12 on Saturday 27th June. Suitable for those new to TRE and those more practiced, it offers a unique and natural way to reset, feel good and start the weekend fresh with balance.
