It is the ideal opportunity to relax, release and to really get away from it all.Don't worry if you haven't been to a sound / gong bath before, this will be a great place to start and what an incredible venue too. All you need to do is make yourself comfortable on your mat, we will take care of the rest. We will begin the session with some simple breathing techniques to prepare for the sounds of the instruments. Then immerse yourself in the soothing sounds including gongs, chimes and crystal singing pyramid. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. We will end with refreshments.Wear comfortable clothes and you will need to bring the following:Blanket(s) to keep you cosyYoga mat / camping mat or similar to lay onPillow for your headOptional:Fluffy socksEye mask (These will be available to buy for £5)Water to drink afterwardsPlease arrive 10 minutes early to find a space and get settled. We are unable to admit people who arrive late as it would disturb the session.
