What it is:
A trauma-aware, somatic breathwork session designed for systems stuck in survival.
We use conscious connected breath and immersive headsets to take your body through a full arc - from freeze, to flow, to felt safety.

You’ll experience:
- Grounding & regulating practices
- Breath-led release of stored tension & stress
- Nervous system support throughout
- A space where you don’t have to talk, perform, or explain anything

Who it’s for:
Anyone who’s been “doing the work” but still feels it in their body.
All genders welcome. No experience needed.

You won’t leave with a toolkit.
You’ll leave with a body that remembers how to breathe again.
