Self Defence for Women

In celebration of International Women's Day we will be hosting our Self Defence for Women seminar run exclusively by our female instructors!

Instead of giving you 100 techniques to forget instantly the seminar focuses on awareness, avoidance, and action to help keep you safe in day to day situations. The session will blend theory with simple practical applications, equipping participants with the skills and confidence to assess potential threats and effectively handle unwanted behaviour.
