Red Tent Worthing

Gather, relax, share and eat with other women in the community. We provide a relaxing environment, vegan lunch, herbal teas and lift shares to help you re root, ground and feel held in a safe space. We lead with a combination of simple restorative yoga / nidra sequences, meditation and sound baths. £5 suggested donation. We provide all yoga mats and blankets - please bring a mug , and a jounral and pen.
