We are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new "Pump and Cardio Fitness" session, designed especially for beginners! Leading the session are enthusiastic and experienced instructors, who specialises in motivating beginners and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. With a passion for fitness and a knack for making each class both fun and accessible, they will guide you through each exercise, ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way. No matter your starting point, you’ll be in great hands as you embark on your fitness journey! Starting: Tuesday, 5 August 2025 Location: Yes You Can Gym Group Time: 2:00pm – 3:00pm Frequency: Every second Tuesday of the month Concession Price: £3 pay at gym.
