A supportive, specialist course for postpartum women who want to reconnect with their breath, voice and core through singing.

This small-group course is designed to help you understand how breath, pelvic floor, core and voice work together, so that singing supports your body rather than strains it.
Across four weeks we will explore:
• Gentle, breath-led singing
• Reconnecting with the core and pelvic floor
• How healthy breathing supports voice and wellbeing
• Singing in a calm, supportive, non-judgemental space
No singing experience needed.
Suitable for women at any stage postpartum who feel fit and well to attend.
