RULES:
 15" Deadlift For Max 

- Deadlift bar for all categories
- Men use tyers & women will have 30 mirafit plates
- 3 attempts 
- All straps allowed 
- No Suits or briefs allowed

- 60sec time limit 
- feet together and lock out over head, ref will give down command 
- Men 13" Log & Womens 10" mirafit log
- All kit allowed (grip shirt, wraps and sleeves ect)
[06/05, 13:30] Frank: Yoke 10m drop turn 

- 60sec time limit to compete the course (20m total) 
- times will be taken for comption shortest time win
- if not completed within time limit then distance will be take
- All kit allowed
 Farmers drop turn 10m 

- 60sec time limit to compete the course (20m total) 
- times will be taken for comption shortest time win
- if not completed within time limit then distance will be take
- All kit allowed & All chalks
- no straps or tape on hands allowed
[06/05, 13:36] Frank: Sandbag to shoulder

- 60sec to lift sandbag to shoulder and other hand held out to side
- feet must be togther and bag under control fully on shoulder
- All kit and Chalk allowed. However chalk is not allowed to be applied directly to the bags
- No tacky or grip towels allowed

All spectators & families very welcome.

Refreshments available throughout from The Fuel Station Coffee Shop
We will have a bouncy castle on site for the kids and of course our lunch time BBQ.
