Location: The Club Room, Ferring Village Hall, Ferring, West Sussex.

A relaxing 'Chakra Opening' Visualisation  followed by a 'Guided Meditation'.  An evening of sacred moments for like-minded community to connect providing the opportunity to journey inwards for personal connection, spiritual practice and growth, relaxation, calm and clarity of mind, body and soul.

NOTE:  please feel free to bring along a yoga mat, blanket and cushion if you wish to lay and truly enjoy the space.  There are chairs at the venue so if you prefer seated, there are plenty available.  Just be aware that body temperature can change when meditating so be mindful to wear or bring layers x
