Instead, the session will focus on empowering you with a simple yet practical tool to use anytime you wish to create a state of calm.Initially, I’ll spend some time giving a brief overview of hypnotherapy and answer any general questions. After that, I’ll invite everyone to take a couple of minutes to share a little bit about their anxiety experience. Following on, I’ll again invite you each to briefly describe what non-anxiety is for you. Once done, we’ll move on to equipping you with your personal anti-anxiety tool. We’ll conclude with each of you having the opportunity to share any personal reflections you may wish.
