Our weekly runs are extremely popular and bring together runners and walkers of all abilities that like to hit the trails with a friendly bunch of people. 

There is no pressure to run fast or far but for the more competitive minded, you can claim a free t-shirt if you can 'BEAT THE HILL'. This is a purely optional challenge just for those that fancy it.

We have a range of routes on offer with distances of around 5k, 8k, 10k, 15k and now 22k for those looking for a few extra miles to take in some more fantastic views that the South Downs have to offer.

We meet every Sunday morning at 8:20 to head off from 8:30.

Anyone is free to come along and dogs are also welcome! 🐕
