This is offered free of charge, without obligation and in complete confidence.Expert biographyNick Tompkin is a Partner Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Team at Bennett Griffin LLP. Having qualified in 2005 and initially specialised in Commercial Property transactions alongside corporate transactions and business advice, in 2012 Nick decided to specialise purely in Corporate and Commercial work. Nick has spent all but three years of his career working in Worthing.Nick advises businesses of all sizes, from newly created start ups to PLC level on a wide variety of non-contentious work. Nick does a lot of merger and acquisitions work alongside other business sales and purchases, and also advises on all aspects of contract negotiation, drafting and interpretation including on company documents such as articles of association and shareholders agreements.
