Long before carolling, festive revellers roamed from house to house, exchanging songs for money, food, and ale - a tradition known as wassailing, derived from the Old English waes hael, meaning "be in good health." Now, Eliza and Jon invite you to join them for a joyful, heartwarming evening of music and merriment, celebrating the very best of the season.
