Let this evening set you up for whatever December may bring, the season of giving and gathering and of high expectation when time for yourself is often scarce. Here in the barn, nothing is expected of you, just for you to show up as you are.Come join us for a magical candlelit Sound / Gong bath at this venue that is very popular for weddings. Let the soothing sounds wash over you and relax as we prepare ourselves to move into the month of December. This can often be a busy time for many so lets start the season strong and take time to pause and restore before the festivities get in to full swing.Don't worrry if you haven't been to a sound / gong bath before, this will be a great place to start and what an incredible venue too. All you need to do is make yourself comfortable on the floor or on a chair, we will take care of the rest. We will begin the session with some simple breathing techniques to prepare for the sounds of the instruments. Then immerse yourself in the soothing sounds including gongs, chimes and a crystal singing pyramid. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. We will end with refreshments and mince pies.Wear comfortable clothes and please bring the following:Blanket(s) to keep you cosyYoga mat / camping mat or similar to lay onPillow for your headOptional:Fluffy socksEye maskWater to drink afterwardsPlease arrive 10 minutes early to find a space and get settled.
