‍‍Sound & Stillness Wellbeing Session for Blokes – No Faff, Just Relax

There’s nothing “alternative” about wellness for blokes.

This is about giving your mind and body a proper reset.

In this 4 hour session you’ll get:

✅ Qigong – Gentle, flowing movements to release stress and loosen up the body. No experience needed.
✅ Sound Relaxation – Deep rest guided by Tibetan bowls to help you switch off and recharge.
✅ Stillness (Anxiety-Busting Meditation) – Simple, practical breathing to calm your head.
✅ Space to reset, recharge, and get back to yourself.

You don’t need experience, flexibility, or fancy gear. Just bring yourself.
