It is the perfect winter recovery breath and involves continuous circular nose breathing rather than heavy mouth breathing like holotropic. This style of breathwork offers deep relaxation and activates the parasympathetic nervous system – a state of rest, restore and repair. It shifts blocks and stagnant energy, releases stress and stored emotions and is the ultimate nervous system regulation. Coupled with sound, we go even deeper. The sound helps you drop into the session with ease and less resistance. It entrains the brainwaves, slowing down the busy chatty mind. Sound includes 15 high quality crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, drums, rainstick, ocean drum and more. After the 2-hour session – head over to the sauna and the cold plunge for an integration and recovery session. There will also be light refreshments.
