FRIDAY NIGHT YOGA
Join us for Friday Night Yoga which is a gentle Dru yoga class suitable for anyone from beginners to the more practised.
It is every Friday 6.30pm start for an hour and 15 minutes of peace.
It is a relaxing flowing class to end the week on a positive note. Working on moving the stuck energy in the body to get rid of aches and pains we gather during day to day life. The class will include Dru sequences, more traditional yoga poses a relaxation and breath work throughout.
Only £7.50 per class payable in advance.
Bring along a water bottle, a blanket and a yoga mat. (If you don't have a mat please let me know and I will bring one for you to use)
Please let me know if there are any health considerations. Dru yoga is accessible to all and with notice I can plan a safe class for you no matter what your health needs.
