Get ready for a team-based hybrid fitness race that brings the heat to the heart of the Cape Winelands.

WINE-ROX features 8 short runs combined with 8 functional workout stations, raced in teams of two. You’ll move through the course together, alternating work at each station in an “I go, you go” format – with both athletes completing every run.

Expect simple but spicy functional movements like:
