Stretch & Swear is a mobility class for the stiff, the skeptical, and the chronically over it. We’ll move through accessible stretches and mobility work at a pace that doesn’t suck, with zero expectation that you’ll enjoy it and zero judgement if you don’t. We modify everything, curse like sailors, and will only push you if you’re into that sort of thing. Dignity fully optional.

Show up tight and grumpy. Swear through it. Leave feeling slightly more human and weirdly proud of yourself. That’s the whole plan.

Most of our stretches are done on the floor but we have options for those with limited mobility. Just let us know. Kneepads required, bring your own or borrow a studio pair.
