Sip + Streth: Facial Yoga

Welcome to Sip + Stretch: Facial Yoga! Join us at Worcester Family Chiropractic on November 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM for a workshop focused on learning practical at home strategies to support the muscles of your face and jaw naturally. Wholitic Aesthetician Ashley DeVoe or Devotion Wholistic Studio will be leading the class and guiding participants on how to release tension, tone facial muscles, and relax with a blend of yoga and facial exercises.
