Sandhya's Kitchen: Tofu Saag

Learn to make a vibrant and zesty Lemon Rice Pilaf with mustard seeds and curry leaves . Enjoy the pilaf with a delicious and healthful Tofu Saag made with spinach and mustard leaves. All vegan and gluten free but full of taste and aromas. Program generously sponsored by the Friends of the Worcester Public Library.

Sandhya’s Kitchen is a culinary business that offers cooking classes for both adults & kids. For over 10 years, Sandhya has taught hundreds of students how to make their favorite Indian meals right in the comfort of their kitchen. She has also partnered with numerous organizations over the years, including Whole Foods, Boston Public Market, local libraries across Massachusetts and the Lifelong Learning Center in Franklin to offer numerous courses for both adults and kids.
