Inspired by the Cynergi Healing Center’s restorative retreat model, this immersive gathering blends ancient wisdom, embodied practice, and collective reverence to help you breathe, soften, and stand fully in your truth with love, community, and non-judgment.

Each retreat weaves grounding practices, gentle movement, guided meditation, and a sound bath experience anchored in Alan Watts’ “The Danger of Seeing What Others Don’t.”

Together, we practice seeing clearly, grounding deeply, and honoring our identity and humanity.
