This year we are sponsoring the "Gill Hollingsworth Intermediate Quilter" award with a prize of over £100 of thread. Gill was a superb quilter who sadly passed away a few years ago. I had the pleasure of knowing her over many years as she helped with stewarding. I had personal experience of her kindness when she helped my mum (Gill had been a physio) who had tripped over by the quilts. Gill was over in an instant helping her. We are delighted to be sponsoring the award for the best Intermediate Quilter at the show in 2026 in her memory.
