I am super excited to welcome the gorgeous powerhouse Anete Blaua to the studio in October for our first ever guest workshops 🔥
Anete is from Latvia now located in Dublin. Anete started doing pole when she was 26 yo. Now is a pole instructor at Fierce Fitness in Dublin and Maynooth.
She is a pole dance coach for more than 9 years now. Used to own a pole studio in Riga but now is just focusing on teaching all over the world, training and performig.

She is extremely passionate of what she does. And loves sharing her ways of movement on and around the pole.
Her strengths are power and dynamic. She loves to play with the momentum in search of the the continuous flow.

Workshop 1
POWER SPINS - FLIGHT MODE
11-12.30pm
Level: advanced
Anete will share her knowledge of explosivity, dynamic and biomechanics.
We will Learn to create the right kind of momentum, feel the Air Time and use the moments of lightness to do regrips and positions changes whilst flying.
This class will be dedicated to make your Spins powerful and effortless.
Depending on the skillset in the group but Phoenixes can happen in this class.

Workshop 2
STATIC ROTATIONS
12.45pm - 2.15pm
Level: inters +
This class will be a journey through creating Flow above the floor. Movement based class with focusing on understanding how to create the little bit of momentum we need to make us rotate around the pole more effortlessly and fluently. Paying attention to positions, creating waves and regrips. Spiralling up and down the pole making our movement ranges wider whilst traveling from one gripping point to another.
You can expect shorter or a longer combination sequences using all of our body to reach the maximum of our Static Flow Above the floor.
Workshop 3
HEELS CHOREOGRAPHY - VIBECHECK
2.30pm - 4pm
Level: all levels
* Kneepads required
We will learn my signature choreography. I will share the little key points that help us flow more effortless and graceful from one move to the next. I will Share my view on how using momemtum, range of motion, gradual weight transfer can affect your execution and overall quality of your movement. Hair-flicks and upper body use in our execution will be a big part of the choreography.
Focus on musicality and fabulous vibes Always!
Flow Choreographies will focus on your technique, posture and execution. So can be painfully slow to make sure we reach the maximum of our movement shapes.
Vibe Check Choreographies are faster in tempo and focus on musicality and serving vibes.

Each workshop is £50 and is non refundable.
