Enjoy a 90 minute workshop designed to help you relax, release stress and worries from the body and take you into a gentle meditation floating meditation.

Kym will lead you through an aerial yin yoga practice using the aerial hammocks to help you feel supported whilst exploring deep stretches opening up the body and mind. You will then get comfy in the hammocks ready for a floating sound bath using crystal singing bowls. Gemma will also use some other instruments to help take you into a deeper relaxed state. 

Sound healing uses specific instruments to create vibrations, these vibrations travel through the body and when this happens it can help to balance the mind, body and nervous system. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to promote nervous system and emotional rebalancing. Sound baths can help to quieten the mind from thoughts and worries, it is totally okay if you fall asleep.
