? A flowing yoga class, that will listen to the weather, the environment, changes and general needs that arrive each week
MOVE - BREATHE & RELAX IN AN ACTIVE, YET NURTURING WAY
? Level 1-2 class. Lots of familiar postures, with demonstration and instruction, allowing you to work at a calm, steady pace, reconnecting body & mind
? Each session concludes with relaxation &/or seated meditation
? An "energising yet calm" class, for those who prefer an uncomplicated practice, moderate pace, with time to work with what you've got.
? Open level - mixed abilities class. Expertise NOT required.
