* Starting points, frameworks, and some practical suggestions for making improvements in your work to support mental health.

* Provide examples and best practices for framing, culture building, and resource development.

* Offer guidance on where to being and what elements to prioritize.

Speaker Bio: Rhiannon Whalen-Harris (Ree-ANN-un WAY-len HAIR-is) has worked at OneEighty in Wooster, OH, since March 2012 and currently serves as the Director of Community, Prevention, & Victim Services. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Kent State University, where she focused on the neurobiology of motivation, as well as dual undergraduate degrees in Education and Psychology from Cleveland State University. Rhiannon is certified in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and Meditation Facilitation, Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid, Behavioral Observation, Psychological Autopsy Investigation, and Sexual Assault Advocacy. Her ongoing research explores how motivation connects to mindfulness and meditation practices.

Outside of work, Rhiannon enjoys spending time with her husband James and their two rescue French bulldogs, Fozzie and Phoebe. She is deeply engaged in the arts through her own creative projects and in support of James’s music. Her personal passions reflect a lifelong curiosity about the intersection of healing, creativity, and neuroscience.
