Join us for Soul Space—a low-pressure, open-hearted time at the studio to simply be.
No mats. No poses. No expectations.

Come sip tea, share stories, journal, breathe, or sit in quiet—whatever you need that day. This is a space to reconnect with yourself and with others, without fixing, performing, or doing more.

Rooted in presence, simplicity, and community, Soul Space is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and feel supported exactly as you are.
